Cory was on time. He is very professional and knowledgeable in doing his job. Cory came out about a week ago and assessed the AC and in finding the problem he explained thoroughly what the problem was and what we needed to do to resolve it. Cory was knowledgeable and honest. After doing a thorough examination of my 20-year-old system he gave me the expected bad news that the efficiency of my compressor was the reason for the unit not cycling on very hot days. He did not try to perform any unneeded services and only charged and $89 fee. I will definitely be contacting them for replacement in the fall. Hopefully, I can limp through the summer!
